First class picture but---
As with all modern TVs the sound is awful--lacking bass! There is an audio outlet for external speakers, but its volume is not controlled by the remote. This means that you have to use a different remote to control volume through your external amplifier.
Also, there are a number of useless options on the picture quality which I discovered after much hassle because there is no instruction book. The only thing I would have liked in that area it does not have; an automatic brightening of the picture if the ambient light is high (for daylight viewing).
