Very clever appliance.
The oven does everything I wanted and much more. Easy to use preset recipes that always work perfectly.
Overall satisfactory oven after initial disaster
The first oven started malfunctioning within 5 days of delivery. A phone call to SMEG indicated error 7 was pretty fatal so I contacted AOL who replaced the oven the next day. Excellent service by AOL.
I went to the SMEG head office at Botany for a lesson on how to use - this was good as they assume that the downloaded manual is perfectly clear which it isn't. I can now turn oven off ! Instructions were explained and they did a cooking demonstration which was excellent.
Difficult to see how food is progressing when using the grill and they say not to keep opening the door.
