Toast is a timeless tradition, but Smeg’s retro range of toasters is distinctly inspired by the aesthetic forms of the 1950s. Designed to complement or contrast with the other elements in your kitchen, a Smeg toaster will make an elegant addition to any benchtop.
Two extra-wide slots will accommodate breads of all breadths and, with a choice of six browning levels, all textural preferences are catered for. A mode for toasting bagels and crumpets allows you to diversify your breakfast offering.
With a plethora of splendid colours to choose from, Smeg has succeeded in making marvels out of the mundane.

Extra-wide slots
With 3.6 cm-wide slots, this toaster can accommodate thick breads, crumpets, and even pastries. From the sturdiest sourdough to the bulkiest of bagels, it will prove itself as a worthy breakfast companion. The self-centring racks within the slots will ensure even browning on each side.
Diverse colour finishes
Inspired by the pop art movement and iconic Italian design, Smeg toasters aren’t just there to brown your bread. They demand to be shown off, and they long to be coordinated with the kettles and coffee machines in their family. From subdued pastels to more intense, popping tones, there’s a finish to suit every personality.
Six browning levels
“How do you like your eggs?” “How do you take your tea?” These are common questions at breakfast time, but toast shade is often overlooked. From a still-white crisp to borderline burnt, this toaster’s six browning levels will leave everyone at the table satisfied.
Bagel and crumpet mode
If toast’s becoming too tedious, perhaps you need a different snack to tide you over. This toaster features a mode specifically for browning bagels and crumpets, for when you want to put down the bread and pick up the cream cheese instead.

Many thanks and will buy again
My order experience
I’ve received my order on time and didn’t have any dramas
Burns on the lowest settings
It has 6 settings. But, already on setting 1 it’s so strong (see photo) I have no idea what would happen with setting 6...It must be made to make charcoal. A cheap toaster would have gradual increments.
