We purchased our Siemens IQ500 about three weeks ago to replace our 15 year old Siemens that didn't miss a beat until Christmas night (ugh!). We looked into the Bosch Serie 8 and this Siemens. Both machines had the same functions, were around the same price, both had good reviews. Bosch gave a 2 year warranty and Siemens gave 5 years. We ended up going with the Siemens because our previous machine (also German made) was so good and lasted a very long time. We are really happy with our purchase, the IQ500 is fantastic, very very quiet, cleans extremely well - even when completely full the cutlery comes out clean from the top rack. Layout is good and we love having the extra space on the bottom rack now that we don't use the cutlery basket. We highly recommend this machine to everyone!

We bought one a few months ago as our old siemens ,which we had for 26 years years, finally needed replacing. As we never had a problem we went with Siemens again and are just as happy. Even bought one for our son ! We were also very impressed with the price and service of Appliances on line.

I had this dishwasher in the past, then moved to a new house with another brand. So happy when that stopped working so I could get another Siemens! It does a much better wash with better options and a great result. The racks and the way they slide in and out are so much more stable. Being able to adjust the shelf height is very useful.
