What a Greta buy. Great service fast and efficient. The dryer arrived in two days and the installation was easy. We have a large family so it is perfect for us. Having a heat pump reduces lint and condensation in the laundry and with the two seperate lint catchers it picks up even the finest lint
Great price for an 10kg heat pump dryer
Bought to replace a five year old 7kg heat pump dryer. Price is great! However, the default ECO mode doesn’t make clothes drying as good as my old 7kg one. You need to change ‘Dry Level’ button to L3 to maximise dryness. It has to be manually adjusted for each load. Otherwise, everything is good.
Great Dryer for a large family
Thrilled to find a dryer of this capacity at a modest price point. I wasn’t sure in the brand as I hadn’t heard of it but paying $2000 for a dryer just wasn’t on the cards for us at the moment. Purchasing was easy and the team from appliances online delivered and installed it quickly the following day. It’s not super quiet, but no dryer I’ve ever had is, so wasn’t expecting too much on that front. It’s huge and despite being told that heat pump dryers dry slower than vented dryers, it dries my large loads significantly faster than my old vented dryer so I’m a happy camper. For the price point this dryer is an absolute standout. I only dropped one star in the overall rating because in my very small laundry space it does seem to generate a little condensate and heat in the room, which I’m not used to as my previous dryer was vented to outside. I was of the understanding that heat pump dryers don’t require venting and so that came as a surprise to me. I can only assume it’s the heat generally generated by the machine and the cold temps at the moment causing that but I’ve just been leaving a window open to combat that. Overall I’m hoping it lasts the distance as it’s quick, simple, nice looking and the large drum is perfect for us as a family of 5.
