Ok machine
Wash well. Takes 5 hour to dry and still comes out soaked
BREAKING DOWN TOO SOON
It break down within 2 months.
We are a family of 7, 5 days a week the machine have to run, still instead of 2 months, I was expecting at least a year.
Warranty took about another 2 months to fix it. Definitely add little more budget to get something else instead of this.
Wish there was a zero star rating
Dryer cycle takes 4.39 hours minimum before you can open door to retrieve clothes. Machine gets very hot on dry.
Customer service worst ever! I bought this in September and have only just (February) managed to return it after countless emails, calls, waiting for technicians and waiting for replies. Pause button did not work. Motherboard eventually replaced but still couldn’t pause cycle. The call Centre knew less than I did about how to operate this machine. If you don’t care about any
of that, the one hour wash dry works ok with a small load and it’s quiet.
