Good with affordable price for a reliable brand
Good quality, nice and minimal design. However there is not a connection exhaust pipe, you need to buy it.
Barely extracts air
Bought this thinking the budget option from a reputable name wouldn't be too bad, but this was a huge mistake. I should've saved up for the higher tier ones because this rangehood is noisy but barely manages to move any air.
The middle panel barely manages to hold a tissue (not a paper towel, a tissue!) under full power. The other two side panels have no hope.
This is the type of rangehood that relies on the chance of smoke and steam wafting up into it to extract it, rather than meaningfully pulling cooking smells and exhausting them out of your house.
Don't buy this - if you're contemplating it honestly just save up a bit longer and hold off for a better one. This is my biggest regret and I can't even return it, it's already been installed.
Dented out of the box
Received the item dented. The box condition was fine. But clearly, Schweigen's quality control is severely lacking.
