Great machine
For the price, can’t fault it.
Doesn’t have wifi and some other premium features- but for the price, it’s brilliant. 2yrs since I bought it, can’t fault it
Piece of junk
Have had this machine for a little over 2 years now and have just had the second critical failure of the drying function. And even when the drying function does supposedly work it does such a lousy job there’s not much difference between the two.
After the last warranty repair was told that despite doing drum
Cleans whenever prompted I was not doing them enough as apparently pet hair had caused the dryer motor to fail, and so I ensured to do them
At least once a month and I am encountering the same issue again less than 12 months later am going to call Samsung tomorrow morning and if it’s not covered under warranty their call out fee is $400. I will not be buying anything under their brand again and cannot state how significantly I recommend avoiding Samsung washing machines at all cost
Disappointing
Machine broke down after nearly 12 mths and a part had to be replaced. Another 12 mths down the track I have had to log another service call. Warranty is good as though just outside the 2 years Samsung advise there will be no charge for the repair. Still disappointing for a machine that usually retails for $1300.
