Fridge is impressive and very innovative, Had an issue with hinged shelf not closing into its housing on fixed shelf. Contacted Samsung care offshore call centre, the staff seem well trained at managing people, but have little technical knowledge of the products, they seem to be communicating with a separate technician, each back and forth takes 24 hours and they come back with inane questions asking for photos videos etc in the end they said the try to force the glass shelf to close and maybe try to put some Vaseline on it, they then said they can’t help any further it’s not our problem! The fridge connects to wifi but constantly looses internet connection whilst still connected to wifi, the only way to rectify this is the reset the wifi router daily. The fridge is partially compatible with iOS but would be best suited to people who use Samsung phones and tablets. Fridge is also very loud and poorly insulated Can hear evaporation dripping loudly as fridge cycles thru, Ice maker is also very loud. I wouldn’t recommend this fridge.

All that was moved on the fridge was a magnet & it scratched the front of my new fridge.

Very happy with the Samsung refrigerator, our previous Samsung had a problem however it was refunded under warranty (by Samsung) and we purchased this one from Appliances Online. Waiting on the refund from Samsung, really slow, but it will happen. The service from Appliances Onine was exceptional, oredered and delivered within 24 hours and installed on site including connecting the water source. Thanks.
