planned obsolescence
It started to leak gas after only 5 years. $150 technician visit to find out it is more convenient to replace it. Now the whole thing is going to the landfill. Unbelievable!
Works well
I’ve had it for for nearly 3 years. Never had an issue. Works well. Excellent fridge.
DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE
We bought this fridge 10 months ago and after about 6 months it started making a very loud creaking noise which has gradually gotten worse and worse to the point that it creaks every 2 minutes all day and night. We contacted appliances online who were helpful in getting a Samsung technician out who said it is normal with these fridges because of a new compressor that they use and they aren’t able to do anything about it. So now we are stuck with an annoyingly loud creaking fridge.
