Great service - always
If you need something quickly, Appliances on Line are the people to choose.
They have a good range to choose from and competitively priced. Best of all they deliver and, should you wish, they take your old one away!
Very poor quality
The legs are attached to the body of this heater by very flimsy clips. We tried numerous times to make them secure but they kept falling off. Once it was up and running the heater worked well. But then the legs fell off again and the whole unit buckled and is unusable. We had it for less than two weeks. Rinnai won't accept it us a manufacturing fault though it clearly is. Don't waste your money on this item.
