Wonderful purchase
Cannot fault the product nor the service and delivery of our purchase. I was hesitant at first because the next day delivery seemed to be too good to be true. However I was delighted to get it on time and with such polite personnel. The heater works beautifully and is keeping us all toasty warm.
Heats Large Living Room well
This little powerhouse heats our very large living room/kitchen area, which has very high ceilings.
It is easy to start, fans run quietly and the glow from the three bars gives the room a nice ambiance.
Very happy with it so far and we have had it a few weeks.
Does well even on a chilly morning.
Very Happy with our new Rinnai
Had a similar Rinnai that was almost 20 years old. Decided to update due to concerns about the units efficiency ( due to age ) and to minimise unflued fumes, which seemed to have increased in recent years.
Very happy with all aspects of our new Rinnai, especially the reduction in fumes when in use. Also, seems to heat up the room a lot quicker and we can run it on 1 or 2 bars more efficiently than we could with the old unit.
