So Happy
Bought this to replace an old "water assisted" Delongi unit, which was very quiet. The Rinnai is also quiet enough to use in my office situation. Easy to use and to set the timer.
The free delivery of new unit and pickup of my old broken and very heavy unit was what helped me choose Appliances Online. Delivered next day!!!!

Works well
Perhaps I should start by saying that I like this machine. Yes, it's a bit on the noisy side, but then it's more powerful than my old one. What's good is that it does a good job of cooling the room so it really makes a difference to my hot, stuffy little flat, and that's what counts. My old portable aircon lasted 14 years so I hope this one lasts as long!
Rinnai portable air conditionet
Functional and modern looking. A bit tricky to do window vents. Not sure about internal water storage so.used hose with bucket. Worked well, surprising amount of water. I did not use the lower vent as I think a shallow tray would be a disaster given the amount of water.
