Great communication with a problem quickly resolve
I ordered the Hotflo 160 litre electric hot water tank and was very happy with its much lower than any competitors online price and availability. Was told same day delivery for $50, however told late that day it was mistakenly quoted for my area. Prompt response by a higher employee and resolved to next day delivery. Happy with resolution and very happy with product. Returning customer in future!!!!
