Panasonic - Panasonic NA-FS85G3WAU 8.5kg Top Load
The design is completely lacking in empathy for users. The folding lid is horrendous. The way the operation is set up is so lacking in logic that it's initially a 'need a licence' nightmare. The small filter is hard to get out and can cause thumb/nail injuries. And the list goes on. The only good things about it are that doesn't continuously been once the cycle has finished and it's reasonably quiet.
