Faulty Radio delivered
Unfortunately the radio the was delivered did not work - no sound!!!! Used the chat line to explain the situation, after copious questions later, they finally agreed to the return of the radio for a refund. While it was unfortunate to receive a faulty radio, it has made me think twice about buying a small appliance such as a radio online. It would have been more convenient to buy it in a physical shop nearby with ease of return if it is faulty.
