Excellent product
I am very pleased with the Panasonic Microwave, My previous one lasted for 18 years, so I purchased another one. It is efficient and reliable, and all I could want in a microwave.
Big problems
We bought a Panasonic microwave from you 3 years ago and had problems with non starting for one year. Finally we decided to get rid of it and bought another Panasonic from you some weeks ago. The same day we collected it it would not start. We tried for three days. You were willing to swap it for a Sharp microwave and gave it for the same price. We thank you for the service which is A1. Not your fault we had the problems. Thank you.

A Little Disappointing
My previous microwave had a white interior, where this one is grey & interior light gives poor lighting. Also control panel has no lighting which makes it difficult to see the settings, I need to use a torch to read the panel. Other than that it works okay but I would not buy it again.
