Easy to use, works very well. Thinking that we won't need a standard oven any more when we renovate our kitchen. It's quite big inside because its a flatbed. If this one could be manufactured a bit bigger / taller then we could fit in a roast in an oven bag AND a shelf of veg. If you want to roast in an oven bag, it fills with air and so there isn't enough space for two shelves of food. Plenty of room for just the bagged roast on one shelf though. It has perfect temperature control in convection mode. Haven't tried the steam function yet. Great microwave, love that it doesn't have a turntable. The accessories are good quality, esp the big glass oven dish. I would have liked a normal wire oven shelf which it doesn't come with. You do need to read the instruction book carefully, for instance we read that the crispy grill function includes part-use of the microwave function, so therefore I assume you can't use the metal tray (strangely the instructions not clear on this part). Very happy and impressed with this machine.

I bought this in February and once I had got to grips with all the different features absolutely loved it. However, after a month the glass floor shattered. Apparently the Panasonic warranty doesn't cover anything physical and I was quoted $500 to repair it.

Had for a month does everything as needed. We do need to adjust cooking temp and cooking time up to recommendations in recipes. A learning curve. Have recommended product to friends
