Waste of time and money
This product has never worked properly and after one year it broke down. Appliances Online take no responsibility even though I bought an extended warranty. I've spent a large amount of time chasing repairs through the external group, it was eventually gone for four months and came back still faulty. I am extremely frustrated at the poor quality of this product and the lack of protection under the warranty. I have repeatedly asked for a replacement or my money back but they refuse.
Only worked for 3 months
I bought this in October 2019 and by the end of January 2020 is has become an expensive dust collector. I have tried contacting AOL and Neato but nobody seems to want to know about it.
Botvac Review 202000
Great product for collecting pet hair and fabulously gentle around furniture legs. Not so good with low window edges and I have noticed that if the cats unexpectedly get in the way of its docking or return to base process the botvac can get 'confused' and just stop in place without returning to base. Otherwise excellent product and good value for money.
