Good quality unit
Happy having bought a higher end robot vac. The Neato got going really easily and effectively cleans the house. Doesn't get stuck easily. Chose it due to integration and automation options but in practice so far, hitting go when it's the right time gets the job done really well. Ultra-fast delivery too, cool.

Works great. Great customer service with Appliances Online. First unit had a faulty laser guidance system. Appliances online picked up faulty unit and replaced with new one within 48 hours. New unit works a treat. You need a little bit of IT knowledge to link vacuum to wifi. Doesn’t run over 5g wifi.
