I love this laundry machine. It does everything that I need it to do
Not as good as the old LG front loaders
Having owned 2 LG washing machines previously, I really wanted to like this machine, but I'm a bit disappointed. There is no favourites button anymore.. the wash cycles are longer.. you can't see how long they are going to run when you are trying to select one... and there are no pre-programmed cold wash cycles. In fact, there is no way to pre-program a completely cold wash cycle that runs normal time with a high spin, so if that's what you want, it's a bit clunky to get there. In fact, if you want something that you used to get by hitting the one old favourites button, you need to twist the dial all the way around to the download cycle, then hit the temp button about 4 times.. which is a time waster. Such a pity, because my old LG was much easier to use. Other than that, it washes well, has a large tub and does have steam refresh button, which is a terrific program. If only LG could produce an update for users to download.. to sort these issues. My previous LG machines were much easier to use.
EXCELLENT
Have had washer/dryer combos for years and a big fan. Love this size - King sheets come out dry and doona fits in easily. Very happy.
