Bought this machine after reading positive reviews. Have trouble with machine not depositing enough water even after selecting a higher water level. Machine only deposits about a litre of water onto washing before starting to 'wash'. Have to turn machine on and off repeatedly to try and 're-set' it to get it to deposit more water. Have used machine 4 times and this has happened every single time. I have called LG twice but they are no help and only quote the manual which I have read several times. Definitely not user-friendly or convenient.
