Love it!
Not to heavy, quiet, easy to use … and it works great including picking up pet hair. Second battery will be useful I’m sure-but I haven’t had to use it yet.
Does the job
I've only had this vacuum for a couple of weeks, but so far it is proving a more than capable replacement for my Dyson V7, which struggled to pick up birdseed from a hard floor. I like the charging station/stand, and the extra battery makes it easy to do the whole house in one hit. My only negative comment is that it is a bit heavy, and can be tiring to use in long spells.
