Knots and more Knots
Purchased Sept 2019 so a longevity review.
Be careful with load capacities it might say 8kg on the front but that NOT what you can put in it. The sales person even loaded 9 towels tied together into it as a demo. You cannot put 9 towels in this machine and expect it to dry them in one go..
Seriously ties sheets in knots like I'm not exaggerating. The only reason we never sent it back was because we since found out all heat pump machines are the same.
So much hate for this machine
I spent a small fortune on this thing and it takes alllll day to dry a small load which isn’t practical at all for a family of 5. Not to mention I have to run it three times so if I’m not home to keep restarting, I get home to smelly damp clothes.
Working like a charm
So far I love this dryer, especially in this humid weather.
The machine is very quiet, drys well and very little heat is realised to the room too.
The only issue is that it is too easy to use, I wonder what the electricity bill is going to be, I shall report in one years time and let people know.
