Great features
I bought this washing machine 6 years ago.
Still in excellent condition! Work’s amazingly well after all these years of loads n loads of washing. It has even washed my large mink blankets and doonas without a single damage. LG is an amazing brand!
Shockingly pathetic!
Bought online mid December. From the start the washer had numerous problems, the biggest of which were it could not sense the load correctly and added only about half of water needed; it also somehow flashed all fabric softener to the wash leaving nothing for the rinse. There were other minor issues, like not displaying remaining time for individual cycles, etc. Because of major faults it was only possible to operate the washer manually, to babysit each wash.
Equally pathetic and outrageously appalling was LG response. It took 6 weeks to send technician to inspect; then nearly 2 months to review the report; and then again send technician for 2nd inspection! After 2nd inspection the technical apparently replaced motherboard which slightly improved load sensing but didn't fix it: still needs manual adjustment. Nothing done to softener being added to wash instead of rinse. I got exhausted chasing LG and put up with running the washer manually.
Never again touch LG brand in my life!
Not happy.
Has not performed we'll would not buy another . I have bought many lg products and always been really happy. But not this one .
