30 min wash is really good
Bought 5 weeks ago and is working well we think some of the washes take too long and seem pointless but all in all we are happy with our purchase.
Brilliant service - again
Just purchased an LG front loader washing machine and couldn't be happier. Appliances Online make the whole process simple and efficient. They delivered on time, installed new machine and took away our old washing machine plus all the packaging.
Don't buy it!!
I bought his machine 3 months ago and the seal inside the door has torn and water pouring out the front. LG and appliances online refused to replace this practically new machine. LG have also said the part isn't covered under their 2 year parts warranty and will replace the part out of 'good will'. AND have also said they will not replace it if it happens again!! They said the part broke from us pulling clothes in and out of the machine so it's our fault. Not sure how we are meant to get clothes in and out of the machine...?! I will never buy LG ever again and urge you not to make the same mistake.
