Wish I had known
Too early to assess the way the fridge and freezer components function but it seems roomy and well fitted out. I purchased this model as I wanted a side by side appliance with freezer components in the door. What I didn’t realise was just how thick the doors were- almost twice the depth of my previous Smeg side by side, and my Kleenmaid before that . ( sadly neither available at time of purchase) Fridges need clearance the width of the door, so this one has to protrude significantly beyond the adjacent cupboards, much more than my previous appliance. This detracts from my smooth line of white cupboards and appliances along one wall. It will probably end up in the garage as a spare, one day!
Great stylish white fridge
The fridge looks great and provides adequate space despite being smaller than my old Westinghouse side by side however I find the finger pull system awkward to use, especially if you have your hands full and need to open the fridge.
Lg 687 side by side fridge
We love our fridge, if there was anything to fault with it, it would be the handle system, you can only open it with your hand turned down, it would be much better if you could open with your hand turned up as well, I find this much easier.
