Overall service over machine!!
The washing machine was brand new and excellent, as one would expect from a modern piece of equipment.
However, the overall satisfaction from dealing with Appliances Online is the review most worth mentioning here!
From a super user friendly interactive web site, to the ongoing updates on its imminent arrival, right through to always friendly and helpful delivery staff, Appliances Online are in my experience (which is x4 to date) faultless!
Works well
We had an LG before that lasted for over 11yrs, so although certain reviews on the internet were not the best we opted for this model and it was also a good price !!! Clothes started snagging in our our old machine and now we are really happy as our clothes don't get caught and it washes the clothes really well.....no complaints from the ladies in our house :-)
Simple quiet and quality wash
I love LG products (my last LG washer lasted 15 yrs and was still working well when I moved) - This one is no exeption it is simple to set, gives quiet and quality wash with optional spin cylcles allowing lots of variation in program settings + NO FILTERS TO CLEAN as it's self cleaning
Only one(1) problem the bowl is so deep and my arms are small I find it hard sometimes to reach the bottom of bowl to remove clean washed clothes (have to use tippy toes) - this is why I marked it down in ease of use below
So far so good
