Nice, and sensible
Our first smart TV.
Easy to set up, and great picture plus sound through the audio fibre-optic cable to our sound system.
There was a 2 week delay in delivery, but we were kept informed and had chosen to pay on delivery.
This is our second major appliance purchase via Appliances Online, who could beat all the retail stores that we checked.
Great picture
We've had this for a month now and have not been disappointed.
The OLED screen is black when there is nothing to show, unlike a normal LED screen where there is always a faint glow.
The display is full HD (not 4k), but given I have no 4K content to display that's no problem.
The TV's speakers are OK, but if you want better sound you'll need external speakers - see my sound quality rating below.
There is no analog audio output on this model, if you want to connect to an external analog audio system you'll need a DAC and the TOSLINK output. This works just fine and the sound - with a good DAC - is superb.
Great features
I bought my LG Oled about a month ago. I love the curved screen and picture quality. Smart TV features are great and I often access apps i would previously have to hook up through my computer to the previous tv. The remote is easy to use with regard to selecting what I want to watch. The only down side is the internet speed I have at home which sometimes delays watching some programs. Another great purchase from Appliances Online - couldn't get better price or service :)
