Does the Trick
Bought this around 3 months ago and it has been great so far. We haven't thought about it which means the fridge is doing it's job. Definitely recommend.
Good, solid, attractive fridge
We needed a smaller fridge to fit the alcove in our new home. Searched online reviews and available models to finally choose this one. It fits well and meets our lifestyle needs. It was good to get a stainless steel model, which we wanted for aesthetics. Only frustration, we wanted a left-hinged model but it is rare in Australia, apparently.
How easy was that!
My old fridge died (compressor gone) and I had a new one in place by the next day with the old unit and all the new unit's packaging removed. Plus, I purchased the new unit at a price matching or better than Harvey Norman (online) and The Good Guys (online) where the alternative vendors didn't include old unit removal, so I definitely got a fair price. The delivery staff were friendly and helpful. Simply, this was a textbook example of an excellent internet supplier transaction.
As to the LG fridge. My wife and I like the bottom-freezer design, the fact that it runs quietly, and that it has a good energy rating. The fridge section is well laid out and easy to access.
