Terrible sound and it takes forever to turn on
This is a frustrating TV. No matter what we do it constantly reverts to power saving mode so that it takes over two minutes to turn on. We can adjust it so it goes into automatic power on but that only lasts once. We can never get the sound right, the dialogue is really garbled but the advertisements and music can be very loud. Picture is fine but basically we really regret buying this TV. The “ help desk” is very very unhelpful. Sorry to sound so negative but we feel very disappointed with this purchase
