A waste of time and money
Just a terrible sound bar because it doesn't connect or connects then disconnects! Please don't buy it, just a waste of time and money!
Disallusioned and Disappointed
Same story. It was doing fine for a bit and then the volume was gone and speech was very hard to understand. It makes you sick when you get a taste of how good it can make your movies and music sound and then take it away! I was told the same story. Might as well buy a new one because of how much it will cost to fix it! Made me sick because I can’t just go and buy another one!!! For what it costs to buy this and purchase the rear speakers just a few months ago I could’ve bought a really nice system. I’ve bought LG Appliances, washer and dryer, TVs and was happy until this. Now I’m definitely gonna compare when I have to replace any of these items. In closing when all of the same model has the same problem I think the company that makes them should have to or step forward and replace the.defect the problem and that would reinforce everyone’s opinion of their company and their products in the future especially people in my category, retired that save their money to buy what they can afford. I can’t just go out and purchase another one. That’s the case for a lot of people that are now just doing without again!!! Just not a good look for any company that depend on their. Items to live on their reputation! Will my LG TV be next???
Complaint regarding repairing of sound bar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very poor response of service in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. In Spite of complaints, the system couldn't repair the unit.
