So quiet and washes perfectly
This machine replaced my old washer of 10 years. It is big and I love using it. All the programs are touch button and very easy to follow. I love the fact there is no agitator taking up room in the big stainless steel barrel.

Time Saver
I bought this washing machine so that I could wash our king size bedlinen in ONE load which it does beautifully. I also believe (from experience) that top loaders are gentler on clothes & take less time than front loading units. No need to stoop to put items in either. That said, at 5.5 ft, I do need to use bbq tongs to get to the bottom, but I knew this before I bought it & not a problem. In using the Cold 'Delicates' wash, I have had no shrinkage which was a big issue with my modern Electrolux Front Loader. My only complaint would be, that you can't manually adjust the spin speed. The cycle you choose eg. 'Cottons' will automatically set the spin speed to 'Ultra'. Although, the 'Towels' cycle which auto spins at 'Mid' is actually spot on & my towels are so much softer when dry. So perhaps, LG knows best when it comes to auto spin settings. Tip: if you want a 'warm' wash - select both the Cold & Hot buttons. Also, after adding (Canestan) Hygiene Rinse or others, you will need to remove & empty the slot. Retains water but easily emptied after each use. Plus - it 'sings' when the washing is done. Rather funny.
