Marketing Lies, lies, lies
Was sold this machine by the Good Guys as the only one on the market that can do King size bedding, including doona / duvets AND dog bed covers. Well, it can't!!! LG have even said to me in writing that there are issues with large capacity machines and bulky items. They get unbalanced and can't spin. So you are left with sopping wet bulky items that you have to wring out by hand before hanging on the line. Complete lies in marketing. This machine CANNOT handle large items of washing and takes HOURS to do a load if you do put in more than a couple of kgs. I have to spin (also a 14 min cycling) bedding separately after it's already done a wash.
Short lifespan and unrepairable
Bought this 2 years ago. Rubber seal around door broken. Deliberately designed to be unrepairable. Look elsewhere.
No Regrets
I love my LG 12kg front loader no need for dry cleaners with our super king doona and blankets.
No forgetting the washed laundry as it wifi to my phone also never miss a drum clean as it notifies me when it's due. Absolutely love how I can steam clean my dogs bedding.
