Worked great for 2 yrs and then completely died
This machine is big, fits a lot of washing and worked perfectly for 2 years and then error code after error code and it stopped working, wouldn't complete cycles and electrocuted my wife and I several times. Only the motor is under warranty for 10 years so once it stopped working I never heard back from Appliances Online. Buy from a bricks and mortar store, who stand behind their brands, Appliances online don't give a stuff about their customers.,
LG Front Loader 11kg True Steam
My new LG front loader is a very nice solid unit. Very very happy with it. Even happier with appliances online after sales service. Really super people and so helpful.
Family Friendly
My family of four kids churns through at least two loads per day with this machine. I love the ease of adjusting spin/rinse/temp options with each cycle option depending on what I'm washing (and of course the option to add forgotten items after the cycle has commenced) It is quieter than my previous machine, and gives a better washed result. Would recommend! At the time of purchasing, I was also thrilled with the quick installation service, which included free removal of old machine... and the fact that this machine was delivered within 14 hours of me purchasing online. I use the app to alert me when a cycle has finished - thought this was an unnecessary feature and loaded it just for fun initially - but it actually is really helpful!
