easy to use, quiet washes well
i almost enjoy doing the laundry .. this machine is magic.
Overall quite happy
We had to replace our old industrial washing machine after about 20 years excellent use and to match the large capacity we went with this machine. It has a huge capacity, I can easily fit in 2 full sets of queen bedding as well as a couple of other items in a load. It's very quiet and has a good range of settings.
A few things I'm not so keen on:
*It's very high/deep, I am 157cm and I can barely reach into the bottom of the machine to get items out. And because of the lid structure we need to move our dryer which is wall mounted overhead.
*You can't use the quick wash setting for anything bigger than a small load as the water level is restricted.
Overall I'm satisfied but would actually prefer my old style manual controlled machine.
Very happy / Very clean Customer
I am very pleased with this new machine. It does not seem to tangle the clothes at all (no agitator) and has a great soak and delay capability. I have loaded it with a doona and more recently loads of towels and a full wash still gets all the clothes clean. There are lots of overrides to the standard programs and it plays a tune when it is finished (which still makes me laugh and confuses the dogs no end).
