great machine
Had this for a month, now. Clothes have never been so clean and lint free. Huge capacity, multiple choices for wash and rinse cycles, excellent features. Very happy with this.
So far this machine is doing its job well....
I bought this a month ago after 5 years of a different brand without an agitator doing not a great job washing things. I love how the 10kg tub means I can fit a reasonable amount in (no more than 5kg), the machine is quiet and so far in a month of irregular use with items that are not heavily soiled it has not had any tantrums. It seems absurd that it says not to use it for waterproof items - how am I supposed to wash waterproof mattress protectors for example? The water efficiency in Cold is not as good as other machines, but so far it has not freaked out at running out of hot water, which the previous machine did. The washing on the cold cycle seems to be clean, which is progress over the predecessor, and I like how the lid does not take up the whole top of the machine. So I am cautiously optimistic!
Love it
We love the look of the machine, the size is perfect and it’s so easy to use. No issues at all, the service was awesome, love how easy it was and we could buy online and have our washing machine installed the following day with no hassles. Will definitely use appliances online for all our appliances. So happy with the LG brand too.
