Read before purchase LG 9kg F/Loader WV5-1409W
The door seal came off within 20months on purchasing. The spring loaded sealing ring slipped off the seal during a normaload of washing, flooding laundry. LG are terrible to deal with - 6 days of consantly calling for an LG technician in another country to decide that this was not to be covered by warrantly based on 3 photographs. This machine has only ever been used according to manufacturers instructions. There is no damage to any parts, this is a built quality issue - will never purchase again. Warranty and service department also difficut to deal with.
