Dont buy unless you want half burnt toast!
This is my second KithcenAid 4 Slice Long Slot toaster - the first toaster lasted just shy of a year before it short circuited our house every time it was used. Appliances Online kindly gave us a replacement toaster as it was still within warranty. Our replacement toaster is still absolutely rubbish - for such a 'high end' and 'high price point' toaster. It toasts incredibly unevenly, one side wont be toasted at all, the other will be black. You have to toast on the highest setting, which does next to nothing, and when you put it back for a second time it will singe and almost start a small fire within several seconds. I'd love to be able to put my bread in a toaster and walk away while it toasts, but every time i have done that i come back to a kitchen full of smoke and black crumbled bread (only on certain edges!) do yourself a favour and dont buy this toaster. A kmart one would do a better job than this rubbish.
A little disappointing
Whilst I like the features of this toaster, I am a little disappointed that it doesn't toast both sides evenly, I end up toasting on a lower setting then turning the bread over to toast the other side.
Unimpressed
Unimpressed by this toaster especially at the price point. Doesn’t toast evenly. Aesthetically pleasing but that’s about it.
