Powerful and quiet
I chose this machine on two factors - firstly it was the largest bowl size I could find. Secondly the motor was powerful. Its main use for me will be preparing home grown produce for meals and preserving.
I've only had the machine a week, but I've used it twice. The machine is rugged and sturdy, much more sturdy than the previous machine I had. It's heavy, but managable. It runs quieter than my previous machine, and the motor sounds like it's just working, not straining. Clearly up to the task.
Easy to assemble. The slicing disks are large and work well. The blade in the very large bowl is equally large with a huge cutting surface, and super sharp.
Cook from scratch.
Due to the cost of living, I have made the effort to cook from scratch. This machine has enabled me to do that and more. Plus it doesnt take up alot of cupboard space.
Quality product
Very good quality. Extremely hard to unscrew bottom of blender for cleaning. Broke it in the attempt. Appears to be a common difficulty after Googling the problem.
