Good for mincing, not so good for sausage stuffing
I ordered this attachment to go with my new mixer. It does a great job of mincing meat to make sausages, which was my primary reasoning for purchasing it. It minces evenly and quickly so no problems there. The issue arises when you want to use it to stuff the minced up meat into the sausage casings. It is really really slow and you need to apply quite a lot of pressure to get the meat to go through the nozzle and into the casings. Think we will need to purchase a separate sausage stuffer/filler for that.
