Hisence TV
The TV stopped working properly 3days after installation
It has coloured lines running vertically across the surface
Phone calls and photos to you have had no response so far
Initially I was told a technician would have to look at it
Some feedback would be appreciated
Great product, great value, and more sustainable!
I bought a Hisense TV after my toddler broke the screen of our previous TV with a toy :-(. I tried to get the screen of our other TV repaired, but the repairer said that this (major) brand did not supply parts for servicing/repairs. They advised me to go with Hisense as the most cost effective TV that does supply parts for servicing/repairs, which means if you have any issues outside warranty you can actually get the TV repaired, instead of throwing it away and getting a new one. We find it very easy to use (the "netflix" and "youtube" buttons are great!), it is energy efficient, and very cost effective.
