Value for Money
I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Very smart sitting on the pairing 12 kg washing machine. Appliance on line is offering excellent service, taking initiative to follow up calls. Very happy with will look into buying Haier aircon from Applianceonline in the future.
Better than expected
Not much to say about the product, worked as intended and designed.
What I found amazing was, well, it's my first heat pump dryer and the amount of water extracted is just amazing... like WOW....
I'm just waiting for the bill to see how efficient it really is.
I did notice there was that plastic smell from new appliances when it was unpacked and installed. I ran the pre-use program and there was no issues with the dryer. The smell lingered for 2 weeks though even after I put a bag of activated charcoal inside. Called customer support and was told it was normal and it should disappear after a few loads.
Lo & behold after the first cycle, the smell was gone, couldn't be happier.
