Best washing machine ever has lasted 7+ years
I have had this washing machine for maybe 7 years now? It has not skipped a beat I couldn’t love it more if I tried. I love the express 15 for when I accidentally leave clothes in. Love the daily wash. Just brilliant and just big enough as my family grew from 2 to 4.
Unbelivable: No pre-wash cycle
I moved into an apartment, and this machine came with it. There is a pre-wash detergent compartment, BUT there is no programme that allows you to select a pre-wash! This is absolutely ridiculous. This is the first front loader I have ever encountered that does not have a pre-wash option!
Machine won't work
Brand new machine, eight months old and all I get is an FC2 error. The washing machine refuses to work. I've googled all options, tried all fixes and the answer I get is it won't start working again. Really regret buying it.
