I have been using this for several months, and have to say I cannot and would not recommend this dishwasher to anyone! I previously had a F&P dishwasher and it was great but now it is just rubbish. No longer do they use stainless steel parts, all plastic. The lower tray is a joke and cannot hold any plates slightly larger than a standard plate because the upper rotating arm gets caught and all dishes come out dirty. The cleaning cycle takes over 2 hours! Thanks for saving me a little bit of water at the expense of ELECTRICITY. The cutlery basket has begun to fall apart and there are now holes in it where cutlery falls through causing the lower arm to catch. The noise is a lot louder than my previous model. If you close the dishwasher door with the rinse aid plastic door open then you end up bending it. I gave this dishwasher a one star only because i couldn't rate it lower. I own and have owned various F&P products but would not spend one more cent on their products if this is the type of rubbish they are now producing. Also I don't have any expectation that this dishwasher will last as long or even half as long as my previous one.(15 Years). Only time will tell but I am quite confident that this device would not even last 2 years before I replace it with a quality product.

I bought this dishwasher in November. It was room for so many items, cleans really well. Does not totally dry some items but leaving the door open overnite is enough.
