Delivery/Installation process: 3rd purchase from Appliances Online, 1st time I’ve had to follow up on a delivery time. $280 to deliver/install and the installer wanted to charge us an extra $50 for a piece of flexi hose and flange, however, after a ‘discussion’ altered our existing/old gas oven parts to suit. Pros: Looks attractive. Nice stove top. Mostly one surface and easy to clean. And, the 2 grates are elevated a little, so don’t sit directly in any spills. Large electric grill, which is great. Cons: No timer, a simple dial timer with an alarm would be helpful. Oven BURNS like the dickens!!! Yes, we organised a second visit from (a different member of) the Handy Crew (which took 2 weeks to eventually happen and numerous emails), who checked everything. Apparently the lowest temperature, level 1/170 degrees, was cooking at 180 degrees, which is the acceptable ±10 degrees according to the technician. I highly doubt that’s the actual temp. I find putting an empty pizza tray on the very bottom rack stops infernal heat hitting the underside of my (Baccarat) baking pan directly, on the second lowest rack. No room to move it higher for large roasts etc. If this was my only oven, and I loved to bake, I’d be quite disappointed.

Bought this stove online, first ever on line appliance purchase. Bit nervous, not having seen in person but Appliances online delivered on time and had it installed next day. Great looking gas stove, very happy with it. Not all digital etc but really easy to operate. Very Happy and recommend highly.

My new freestanding oven is great! The driver kindly accommodated my requests for specific delivery time. He was friendly, confident and installed the cooker quickly. Minor carpentry work required was reasonably priced and handled well. Couldn't be happier:)
