This machine could have been really good. The idea of not having the agitator in the middle really simplifies the design.. however, HOWEVER, don't expect to be able to wash any large towels or anything else that might get a little heavy with ease. This machine gets off balance very easily. The way it rebalances is by refilling with water and starting that cycle again. And if it keeps getting unbalanced, eventually just stops with a loud long beep. So if you don't keep and ear out and rush to it before that happens you waste a whole lot of extra water - and time. This also means the suspension in the machine has its work cut out for itself. Thankfully it was before the warranty was up that it needed replacing. In addition to this the machine tends to be a bit rough with the clothes even on delicate. The product description also didn't include that in order to use fabric softner you have to wait for the rise cycle and manually put it in yourself. Something that I feel should have been mentioned. You do also need to be careful with the dispenser draw after a wash as quite often it is left full of water, needing to be carefully emptied after the washing is removed..and without spilling it in the drum to sit there. As I said.. so long as you didn't pay too much for it, then it's still does OK. 3 years later it's still going.

Very happy with machine, good placement of controls, easy loading with no centre spindle, took me a few goes to put the filter back together right way, all under control now
