Wouldn’t recommend
Purchased this dryer and from day 1 it has not completed one full cycle. A 1 hour cycle cuts out early and usually only goes for 5-10 minutes. On average it takes 6 - 7 times of resetting and starting again until a load is ‘dry’, even then it remains damp.
Good service in terms of getting the dryer here, however after purchase service has been poor. Appliances online has sent a warranty call to Euromaid who won’t come out during covid. So now I’m stuck with a dryer that won’t dry cloths and there is nothing Appliances Online or Euromaid will do. Overall strongly disappointed.
Love it!
Previously we had a vented dryer (which broke) and we purchased this due to the number of reviews. Really love it so far, so simple to use and surprisingly drys clothing and linen quickly. It does take some time to get accustom to the settings, at first items weren't drying completely but turning clothing inside out and properly unravelling larger items helps, and finishing off with the extra dry setting as well typically gets the job done.
Always great service
We just purchased this dryer and love it already, great for a small space. Appliances online have the best customer service and I only ever purchase from them now. The guys that delivered and set up our dryer in our very tight laundry space yesterday in Kensington Vic did the most amazing job and were lovely to deal with.
