Broke down twice 3 months from the end of the warr
Honestly the machine is better than the customer support provided by appliances online, and frankly I will never buy from them again after the ~2 weeks of being messed around by them.
They blamed the manufacturer, and literally lied to me multiple times about the warranty being processed.
Yes things are difficult right now with flooding, but honesty (and admitting the company made a mistake) is the best way forward.
Absolutely amazing
I’m so grateful for our appliance and the service received here yet again. I am a returning customer from over the years and had ordered a 7.5 kg washing machine, unfortunately it was going to be delayed in delivery by eight weeks and when I called the company organised a 10 kg machine for no extra cost and delivered and installed the very next day. I am so impressed with Appliances online and will definitely be returning and sharing with my friends and family.
