Great looking rangehood
I came across this rangehood by chance and I'm very happy with the choice. It was considerably cheaper earlier this year, just like most things... I don't have the issue the other reviewer had with the bottom falling out but I also have it mounted a bit higher than necessary so it's not as effective as it could be. If I take the bottom off it is marginally better. The biggest issue for me is that the extension piece which costs almost nothing in Europe is not imported to Australia so unless you have very low ceilings you can't really make the exhaust go out. I know carbon filters are supposed to be da bomb but they're not in my experience...I would love to direct the air out.
Beautiful but bottom falls out
I waited a really long time to get this, and it was worth the wait. It looks lovely in my all white kitchen. It functions well.
My only negative is that it has a smooth plastic shield to cover the input grill and you push this up from underneath. Unfortunately when in operation - with the vibrations and steam rising up, it falls down on top of the food and cooktop. This has happened three times, so I have removed it.
